Privacy policy
PokerNow HUD Advanced shows statistics and notes about the players at PokerNow tables you open. It isn’t affiliated with PokerNow. This explains what it records, what it sends, and how to delete it.
What it records
- The game log of every PokerNow table you open in Chrome, including the hands played there before you arrived: each player’s PokerNow username and ID, their actions and bets, the cards shown at showdown, and the cards you’re dealt.
- Statistics worked out from those hands, your notes, the tags you give players, your settings, and your own PokerNow ID.
Where it’s kept
In your browser, in the extension’s own database. Everything the HUD shows comes from there. The extension also sends some of it to our hosted servers, as described next.
Hosted servers
- We do operations on hosted servers. At the start of every hand, the extension sends them what changed since the last hand: game logs, hands (with your cards), players’ usernames and IDs, statistics and notes.
- It’s encrypted in transit, and each install’s data is kept separate under a random install ID.
- The extension never reads this data back, so it can’t restore yours. To keep your own copy, use Export backup in the player database.
Feedback
If you send feedback, we receive your message, your email if you add one and, if you leave diagnostics on, the extension version, your browser, data counts and error codes. Diagnostics never include hands, notes or player names.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone. We don’t show ads, track the sites you visit, or use your data for anything other than running PokerNow HUD Advanced.
Deleting your data
- Delete everything (player database → Data) or uninstalling the extension removes what’s stored in your browser. It doesn’t delete what’s on our servers.
- To delete your data on our servers and any feedback you sent, email wraithroltz@gmail.com with your install ID, shown in the player database under Data.
- Server data is kept until you ask us to delete it or the service shuts down.
Children
PokerNow HUD Advanced is meant for adults and isn’t directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes to allow more than it does now, the extension asks you to review it again.
