Fix common problems
If the HUD doesn’t show on a table, check these in order:
- The tab is a PokerNow game page: its address starts with pokernow.com/games/.
- You agreed to the privacy policy in the window that opened after you installed it. Nothing is recorded before that.
- “Show the HUD on PokerNow” is on in the extension’s popup (click its icon in Chrome’s toolbar).
- The extension is turned on at chrome://extensions.
- Reload the PokerNow tab.

What to include
- The extension’s version, shown at chrome://extensions.
- What you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- A screenshot, if it helps. Turn on share mode in the extension’s popup first: it hides players’ names on the HUD and blurs PokerNow’s name plates, chat and the table owner’s name. It doesn’t blur PokerNow’s log, ledger or pop-ups, so close them before you take it.
Never send passwords. We never ask for them.
Delete your data
- In your browser: open the player database, go to Data, and choose Delete everything. Uninstalling the extension also removes what’s stored in your browser.
- On our servers: email your install ID, shown in the player database under Data, to wraithroltz@gmail.com, as the privacy policy describes.
